Job Description
Launch Housing in Southbank is seeking a part-time Case Manager to support clients experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
You will develop individualized case plans, connect clients with housing options and services, and coordinate multi-agency support to promote independence and dignity.
The fixed-term role ends 30 June ****, with 68.4 hours per fortnight.
