Aroha Services is seeking an experienced Village Manager to join our remote village team in Queensland. This permanent full-time role leads day-to-day operations, ensuring high service delivery, presentation, compliance and guest satisfaction at the village site.
You’ll manage a diverse operations team, coordinate rosters and workloads, conduct site inspections, and work closely with clients and suppliers to maintain secure, effective village operations and a robust service culture.
