Queensland Fertility Group in Townsville invites a friendly Administration Officer to join our caring fertility clinic. You will be the first point of contact, supporting patients from referral through treatment and helping delivery of an exceptional patient experience.
Working closely with nurses, scientists and administrators, you will manage reception, appointments, patient enquiries, referrals, costings and records, while maintaining compliance and high levels of service in a up-to-date clinic.
