Director of Operations & Asset Performance

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will work alongside hotel leaders to improve financial results, enhance guest experiences, strengthen operational disciplines and deliver long-term value across multiple properties. You will also play a key role in capital investment planning, hotel repositioning projects and leadership development initiatives.

Key responsibilities
Drive operational and financial performance across the hotel portfolio
Support and mentor General Managers to achieve budget, EBITDA and guest satisfaction targets
Analyse performance metrics and implement practical improvement strategies
Identify cost-saving and efficiency prospects across labour, procurement and operations
Lead operational reviews, audits and quality assurance programs
Partner with Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to support commercial objectives
Lead CapEx planning,



refurbishment projects and asset enhancement initiatives
Develop future leaders and contribute to succession planning across the portfolio

About you
Multi-property hotel management experience
Solid commercial and financial acumen
A track record of improving profitability and operational performance
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Excellent stakeholder management skills with owners and senior executives
Robust analytical and strategic thinking capability
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the portfolio
