The club offers Accommodation and Food & Beverage services via two a la carte dining rooms, in addition to a range of function rooms for Private and Club events for up to 200 guests.

Job Role requirements include:
n
n
Demonstrated experience within a club, prestigious hotel, or similar scale venue, with a focus on fine dining service
n
Have an understanding of a la carte food service, as well as event function work.
n
Your ability to be able to manage a section of the a la carte dining room, and be able to work autonomously when required on Club events & functions
n
Work collaboratively and professionally within the Service team, alongside the Kitchen team in the service of the members of the Club
n
Able to demonstrate consistent service capability during busy service periods
n
Operate in a manner that is safe for self and others at all times, adhering to Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
n
Knowledge and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems common in hospitality.
n
Working well within a team by being agile and flexible, with organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
