A dynamic digital agency in Sydney is looking for a highly motivated, hunter-style Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
Up to $120,000 base + Super + Uncapped Commission (expected earnings $220K Y1)
Sydney-based (In office)

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Aggressively prospect and generate new business opportunities across SEO, Paid Media, Paid Search, Web Development
Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and industry events
Qualify leads and develop customised proposals that align digital marketing services with client needs




Drive negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding
Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates
Proven success as a hunter in B2B sales, ideally within an Agency, MSP or Insurance or Tech services environment
Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident, consultative approach
Self-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets and earn high commissions
Experience managing your sales funnel and CRM tools effectively
