ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experiencedFleet and Procurement Coordinatorwhowill provide acrucialroletoprovidededicatedadministration and coordination of fleet, procurement,inventory,supplierandinsurance activities across the Group, inclusive of all majority owned subsidiaries.




The roleis responsibleforprovidingadministrativesupport,enablingbusinessprocesses,andaccuracy toenablethe Procurement Managerto focusonstrategicdecisionmaking.
Responsibilities:
Fleetcompliancemaintainedacrossregistrations,servicing,recallsandvehicle records.
Effective coordination of fleet activities throughSmartfleet.
Fleet repairs, serviceeventsand supplier interactions coordinated with minimal disruption.
Timely processing of purchase orders and procurement requests.
Procurementdocumentationmaintainedtoaudit ready standard.
Qualifications:
Previousexperience in fleet administration, procurement administration, supply chain, assetmanagement,logisticsora similar coordination role.
Ability to manage severaltasks and responsibilities
Strong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills,including a clear and qualified communication style and the ability to effectively engage with a diverse
Ability toworkautonomoslyandeffectivelyin a teamenvironment
