RETAIL JOINERY WORKSHOPhave an exciting opportunity for a experienced tradesperson as LEADING HAND to oversee our Manufacturing Team.
We offer a "best in industry" work enviroment in a clean and safe ****m2 facility.
We provide a strong worklife balance enviroment working 4.5 day weeks with no weekend work.
The role is factory based, co-ordinating a team of approximately ***** factory staff manufacturing fixtures and fittings for some of Australia's leading National Retailers.
This is a hands-on position combining team coordination whilst working alongside our Factory Foreman and Production Manager.
Responsibilities
Organise the daily factory workload priorities with the Production Manager.
Keep jobs progressing efficiently to meet production requirements.




Assist with joinery manufacturing and assembly.
Maintain quality standards and attention to detail.
Support the team to complete work safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Trade qualified as a shopfitter or cabinetmaker.
Previous leading hand or factory supervisory experience preferred
Reliable, organised and able to lead a team of experienced Tradespersons and Apprentices
Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
Ability to learn basic computer skills
Clean and safe work setting
Strong work-life balance with 4.5 day weeks
Ownership of Personal Leave entitlements
