About the role
n
You'll help lead day-to-day front-of-house operations and supervise shifts in a busy bistro environment.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team
n
Leading by example in customer service and hospitality standards
n
Coordinating the pass and supporting smooth service
n
Using point-of-sale systems
n
Preparing coffee
n
Completing end-of-night takings reconciliation
n
Handling customer needs and solving problems calmly and efficiently
n
n
About you
n
n
At least 3 years' experience in hospitality team leadership or supervision
n
Experience working in a busy bistro, restaurant or similar environment
n
Friendly, confident and professional customer service style
n
Strong communication and team leadership skills
n
Point-of-sale system experience
n
Pass and coffee-making experience
n
Ability to think on your feet in a rapid-paced environment
n
Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) licence
n
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
n
Available for an immediate start
