Meriton is seeking a competent Handy Person / Maintenance Officer to support building management across completed apartments in the Sydney Waterloo/Alexandria area.
You will manage maintenance tasks, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with licensed contractors when needed.
You will perform minor repairs, inspections, and appliances servicing while maintaining tenant privacy and a courteous, qualified approach on site.
