Systems Engineer – Azure / Microsoft 365
n Initial 3-Month Contract | Perth | Azure Cloud Environment We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with strong hands‐on expertise across Microsoft Azure, Intune and Microsoft 365 to join a Technical Services Delivery team supporting a large-scale cloud environment.
n
This role will focus on the administration, implementation, deployment and ongoing improvement of Azure and Microsoft 365 services, while providing senior‐level technical support and resolving escalated infrastructure and cloud issues.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Administer, configure and support Microsoft Intune, including endpoint and device management
n
Implement, deploy and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud services
n
Configure and support Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Office 365
n
Administer and maintain OneDrive and other Microsoft cloud services
n
Manage SCCM patch management
n
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated cloud, infrastructure and application issues
n
Support and improve the organisation's broader IT infrastructure
n
Contribute to cloud design, BAU activities and scheduled project work
n




Identify opportunities to improve the performance, reliability and maturity of the environment
n
n
Essential Experience
n
n
Minimum 5+ years' Systems Engineering experience
n
Strong hands‐on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
n
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Intune
n
Proven experience implementing and deploying Azure services
n
Strong knowledge of core Microsoft Azure technologies and services
n
Demonstrated configuration experience across Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams and Office 365
n
Experience with SCCM patch management
n
Robust experience supporting, maintaining and improving enterprise IT infrastructure
n
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‐solving capabilities
n
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and time‐management skills
n
n
Desirable
n
Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Forms, Yammer/Viva Engage, Citrix and Red Hat Linux would be advantageous.
n
