We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Residential Coordinator to join our Residential Sales team in Mulgrave. If you enjoy building relationships, keeping things moving behind the scenes and being the go-to person who helps deliver great customer outcomes, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

n

As a key member of the Residential team, you'll work closely with Sales, customers and internal stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects and customer initiatives. From preparing quotes and specifications to providing customer support, managing CRM data and assisting with forecasting, you'll play a vital role in helping the team achieve its goals.

n

No two days will be the same, and you'll be involved in:

Supporting the Residential Sales team with quotes, specifications, forecasting and customer management
n




Providing exceptional customer service and technical product support
n
Coordinating customer enquiries, orders, stock availability and delivery updates
n
Working closely with Sales, Logistics and Distribution teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
n
Maintaining customer information and project activity within our CRM system
n
Assisting with key customer presentations, projects and business development activities
n
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency across the team
n

About You

n

You'll bring strong coordination, administration or sales support experience and enjoy working in a quick-paced workplace where attention to detail matters.

You'll also have:

Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service, Administration or Analyst role
n
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
n
Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with data
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
