The role:

As Clinical Care Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of clinical care, including developing tailored care plans, leading a dedicated care team,



and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. You will deliver hands-on nursing care such as medication management and wound care, while communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Your leadership will ensure high-quality, protected care that aligns with best practices and enhances residents' wellbeing.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
Proven aged care nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency with clinical software and Microsoft Office
Valid Driver's License (desirable)
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
