We're looking for Experienced Team Members

to be part of the launch team who are ready to step up, lead by example, and help set the tone for an epic current chapter in Grill'd history. If you have previous QSR/hospitality experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, love working as a team, and know how to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences, this is your prospect to make your mark from day one.

Your Role as an Experienced Team Member
Lead from the front & take ownership of key stations (grill, dress bench, floor or till)
Deliver exceptional guest experiences
Support and mentor newer team members




Keep shifts running smoothly, especially during peak service

What We're Looking For
Previous QSR/hospitality experience
Ready to step up with leadership potential
Positive, proactive and solutions-focused
Thrives under pressure and handles busy periods with confidence
Passionate about excellent food, service and solid team culture

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend 1:1 interviews on one of the following dates:
Friday 2nd October
Saturday 3rd October
Sunday 4th October

As part of the process, you'll complete a quick online assessment - it's a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once you're done, you'll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work).
