Job Description

Sharp & Carter is partnering with a national organisation in Melbourne to appoint an experienced People Systems Manager. You will lead the ongoing optimisation, governance and delivery of core HRIS and payroll systems, with SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP as the primary platform.

You'll manage a technical systems team, collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT, and drive continuous improvement to ensure reliability, security and compliance across systems.
