Job Description
Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with disabilities. You will lead an interdisciplinary youth team and coordinate NDIS funded therapy packages, working with participants and families across homes, schools, workplaces and community centres.

The role requires a relevant degree in Youth Work or Social Work with professional registration. A valid driver's license and checks are expected, with opportunities for career development
