Senior HCM Business Analyst

Start date: Immediate.
n
End date: 6 months from the start date.
n
Pay: AUD ******* per day plus super.
n
Project: NSW Government HCM Project.
n
Location: Macquarie Park, and other Sydney Metropolitan locations as required.
n
Hybrid: 3 days in office per week minimum.
n
Hours of Work: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week.

Role description
n
n
Lead the business analysis workstream for the HCM Program, driving activities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, documentation and implementation support.
n
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes, services and user experiences through business transformation and technology-enabled solutions.
n
Facilitate workshops and engage with SMEs and stakeholders to understand current state services and systems, and capture business requirements.
n
Lead the design and documentation of future-state processes and services,



ensuring alignment with the program's business transformation objectives while incorporating customer insights to improve service quality, efficiency and user experience.

Essential requirements
n
n
6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in service transformation projects in the HR domain and complex HR project
management/delivery
environment.
n
Experience in HR/HCM transformation programs across Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central (EC) modules.
n
Excellent analytical, documentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with a high attention to detail.
n
Demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering and documentation, business process mapping and creation of Standard Operating Procedures.
n
Ability to work in a energetic, ambiguous context without pre-established frameworks in place.
