Job Description
Around The Clock Care is seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to join our established and close-knit team. Initially 3 days per week, the position offers the prospect to progress to full-time employment. You will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly when last-minute changes arise. Once fully trained and experienced in our systems, you will be required to participate in our after-hours on-call roster approximately 1-2 nights per week.

Participating in after-hours on-call roster approximately 1-2 nights per week once fully trained

About you

Organised and confident
n
Experienced in rostering within a busy care environment
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
Experience working with aged care and/or NDIS participants is highly desirable
n
Case management experience would be an advantage
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check required
n
Right to work in Australia
