Collarcare is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the Clinical Operations within a residential aged care home in the Central Coast region, NSW. You will work closely with the Facility Manager to drive secure, compliant and person-centred care.
Delivery of solid clinical governance, staff development and readiness for accreditation will be core. You will steer governance, documentation and quality outcomes while supporting the nursing and care teams in daily operations.
