HammondCare is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for its Waratah residential site with occasional travel to Cardiff, Scone, and beyond. You will drive the enquiries-to-admissions process, manage relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders, and explain costs and options for residential services.

You will work with regional leads to ensure a smooth resident journey and meet occupancy targets while upholding HammondCare’s service standards and values.
