About the company
The Austral Hotel is locally managed and staffed. The roles willreport to the Head Chef and Manager directly ensuring all staff have input into creation and direction of the food proposition of the venue. With the business growing and multi site operations, excellent prospects for advancement and career growth for the right applicants.
