Account Manager - Local Government (IT Services)
n Sydney | Hybrid | Full Time
n Are you recent to Account Management with a passion for building strong customer relationships and helping councils achieve better outcomes through technology?
n We are looking for a commercially savvy and customer focused Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Local Government customers. You will become a trusted advisor to council stakeholders, driving customer retention, renewals, strategic account growth and exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
Manage and grow a portfolio of Local Government customers.
n
Build strong relationships with CIOs, IT Managers, Executives and Procurement teams.
n
Lead customer engagement, account planning and quarterly business reviews.
n
Drive renewals, retention and revenue growth opportunities.
n
Identify opportunities across Managed Services and Qualified Services.
n
Coordinate internal technical and delivery teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.
n




Proactively manage risks, escalations and customer satisfaction.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
2+ years experience within the IT industry.
n
Proven experience working with Local Government or council customers.
n
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience managing renewals, contracts and customer growth plans.
n
Ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence outcomes.
n
