Marina Realty is seeking a dedicated Caretaking Building & Property Couple to oversee the maintenance, cleaning and gardening of nine residential buildings at Mackay Marina. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate contractors, track by-laws, prepare reports, and support Body Corporate activities.
The role requires at least 3 years of property and Strata experience, solid knowledge of Body Corporates, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
