About the role

Crowies Coatings Pty Ltd, a leading distributor of automotive and industrial coatings, is seeking a agile and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This full-time role is crucial in driving managing staff, stock and customer relationships within the automotive and industrial sectors.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Managing the Coffs Harbour store and staff to develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with major clients in the automotive and industrial coatings markets
n
Managing all stock levels ,



ranges to meet all customer expectations.
n
Understand customer requirements and ensure that the store provides the services requested.
n
Keep in touch with market trends and competitor activity and ensure your store adjusts to these.
n
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Experience in the paint or coatings industry, would be an advantage
n
Experience in managing a paint/ coatings store would be an advantage.
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead a team.
n
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
n
n
