The Role: Part-Time Bookkeeper

We are thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity for a skilled bookkeeper for a part time role of up to 21 hours per week - equivalent to 2-3 days, which can be split flexibly across the week to suit the right candidate.

Responsibilities
n
Handle bookkeeping tasks for clients of varying sizes and structures, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, preparing and processing payroll, and reconciling accounts

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their bookkeeping needs are effectively addressed
n
Requirements
n
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to work with clients and team members
n
Xero experience essential (other cloud-based accounting software experience also helpful, such as MYOB)
n
Proven experience dealing with diverse bookkeeping tasks for clients
n
A strong work ethic, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, and a commitment to collaborative teamwork
n
Strong analytical skills
n
Minimum of 3 years' experience
