Part time Medical Receptionist – Ettalong Beach NSW
Providence Medical Ettalong is seeking a friendly, organised Medical Receptionist to join our busy general practice on a part-time basis. Commitment of 16 hours per week is required.
Located in beautiful Ettalong Beach, this is a great chance to work in a supportive team environment while making a real difference in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming patients and providing excellent front desk service
Managing phone calls and appointment bookings
General administration and reception duties
Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
About You:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Previous reception/admin experience (medical highly regarded)
Experience with medical software (Best Practice preferred)
Knowledge of Medicare billing processes (Necessary)
