The Role

n

n
North Shore/CBD portfolio30 buildings/1100 lots
n
Meeting preparation and follow up
n




Host/Chair Annual General, Executive Committee meetings and any other meetings as required
n
Financial reporting including general accounting and budgeting
n
Manage the invoicing of levies/service charges
n
Arrears monitoring and where necessary implementing collection strategies
n
Coordination of maintenance tasks
n
Enforcement of rules/by-laws with the issuing of notices, orders and certificates
n
Build strong relationships with owners, tenants and committee members
n

The Ideal Candidate

n

n
Previous experience in strata management is essential
n
Class 2 Strata License or working towards
n
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
n
Professional, proactive and client-focused approach
