About the role

n

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of the strategic and day-to-day marketing function for a flagship shopping centre. Reporting to the Retail Portfolio Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic, increase retailer sales, and strengthen brand positioning within the local market.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, including campaigns, budget management, and performance reporting
n
Lead digital marketing and social media strategies to increase customer engagement and centre awareness
n
Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure robust return on investment
n




Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, community stakeholders, and external agencies
n
Analyse sales, traffic, and campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in a marketing role within retail, property, or shopping centre settings
n
A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
n
Robust analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
n
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
