About the role
You’ll help lead day-to-day front-of-house operations and supervise shifts in a busy bistro environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team
Leading by example in customer service and hospitality standards
Coordinating the pass and supporting smooth service
Using point-of-sale systems
Preparing coffee
Completing end-of-night takings reconciliation
Handling customer needs and solving problems calmly and efficiently
About you
At least 3 years’ experience in hospitality team leadership or supervision
Experience working in a busy bistro, restaurant or similar workplace
Friendly, confident and professional customer service style
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Point-of-sale system experience
Pass and coffee-making experience
Ability to think on your feet in a rapid-paced environment
Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) licence
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
Available for an immediate start
