We are recruiting several Night Shift Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in Yatala.

This is a great opportunity for experienced operators looking for secure, long-term night shift work within a fast-paced production environment.
n
Candidates with experience in packaging, print, manufacturing, food production or similar industrial settings will be highly regarded.
n
Operators with gluing experience are strongly preferred.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate production and machinery safely and efficiently
n
Monitor machine performance and product quality
n
Complete machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
n
Maintain production output in line with targets
n
Follow site safety procedures and quality standards
n
Work effectively as part of the night shift team
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Production or Machine Operator
n
Experience within packaging, print, manufacturing, food production,
or a similar industrial environment
n
Gluing experience highly desirable
n
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Good mechanical aptitude
n
The ability to work permanent night shift hours (10pm to 6am)
n
A reliable and safety-focused approach to work
n
