What you’ll be doing
Structural design and RPEQ certification for residential projects
Site inspections across Brisbane and SEQ
Assist with reports on existing and distressed structures
Dilapidation surveys and investigation support
Contribute to design of remediation and strengthening solutions
Some client and builder liaison / Liaise with clients, insurers, and industry stakeholders
Forensic / investigation experience is preferred but not essential.
About you
Current RPEQ (Structural)
Residential structural experience in Queensland (or similar)
Confident producing practical designs and transparent reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Driver’s licence and happy to spend time in office as well as in the office
