Repco North Queensland is seeking a Customer Development Manager to build robust relationships with target customers in the region. The role concentrates on sales and gross margin performance, supported by CRM activities and promotional campaigns, reporting to a Channel Manager and working with Store Managers.
You will engage with around 150 customers, drive sales budgets, and represent a culture of safety in all activities, including driving and field tasks.
