WhiteCollarBlue is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to build a Melbourne branch from the ground up and manage a hands-on billing desk. You'll win business, fill roles and establish robust client relationships, setting the foundation for future growth.

As the branch expands, you'll shape the team, progress to Team Leader and ultimately Branch Manager, with equity potential for high performers who deliver sustained results.
