About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time position based in Beresfield, NSW ****. As the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers, you will represent our business in a professional and friendly manner. While prior experience is not essential, previous administration or customer service experience will be highly regarded.

Hours
n
n
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
n
Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
n
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Greeting customers face to face, answering incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries
n
Processing new and completed orders
n
Assisting with quotes
n
Outsourcing and ordering products through our suppliers
n
Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions from our comprehensive range of products and services
n
Performing general administrative tasks including invoicing, filing and scanning
n
Assisting with our social media and online presence
n
Coordinating with our tradesmen to ensure orders are progressing on schedule
n

Proficient in Microsoft Office software and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies
