We are looking for an experienced Gaming Manager to join our team at the Australian Hotel & Brewery, Rouse Hill, part of the Sonnel group, which has over 40 years' experience leading gaming in the industry.

About the Role
n
The Gaming Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the gaming room to ensure the highest standard of guest experience, compliance and teamwork.
n
Key responsibilities include
n
n
Manage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections, ensuring all areas are running smoothly.
n
Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
n
Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash control and compliance.
n
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
n




Flexibility to work across varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
n
Rotating rosters offer an opportunity to develop expertise in all aspects of hotel management.
n
Preferred food & beverage experience in a supervisor role.
n

The successful applicant will
n
n
Be a motivational leader who encourages and develops the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience each time.
n
Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of managing day-to-day operations of a venue with strong and complex trade.
n
Hands on approach in your leadership and management.
n
A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent people skills.
n
A passion for the hospitality industry with the desire to progress within the company.
n

Essential requirements for this position are
n
n
Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards.
n
Completion of a National Police Check as part of our Employee Due Diligence process.
