Shifts required:
n Week 1: Thursday night
n Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights

Your Role
n
As a Personal Care Worker, you will:
n
n
Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents
n
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team under RN supervision
n
Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents, staff, and visitors
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) – essential
n
Previous experience in aged care – preferred
n
Genuine empathy and a commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing
n
Robust communication skills and cultural sensitivity
n
Ability to recognise and respond to changes in resident health
n
Current work rights in Australia – required
n
A Police Check will be conducted by the organisation on your behalf
