Lead all day-to-day Service Department operations.

Drive a customer-first culture focused on service excellence.

Coach, develop and support Service Advisors,
WorkshopSupervisorsand
technicians.

Monitor
productivity,efficiencyand
financial performance targets.

Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Work closely with Parts,Salesand dealership leadership teams.

Champion
safety,complianceand
continuous improvement initiatives.

Help position Burpengary as the dealership of choice for truck and commercial vehicle customers across the region.

Foster a

Previousleadership experience within a dealership service department.

Strong understanding of service
operations,workshopperformanceand
customer service.

A proventrack recordof developing teams and delivering business results.
n

Robust

stakeholder management skills.

Commercial acumen and the ability to balance customer, operational and financial outcomes.

Experience within commercial vehicles, automotive, truck, agricultural or heavy equipment industries will be highly regarded.
