A brilliant chance has arisen for a talented Financial Controller to join the business and lead the financial control function. Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of 5, you will be a key component of the leadership team and have a broad variety of responsibilities including:
Take ownership of the monthly financial reporting
Prepare annual statutory financial statements including consolidations




Balance sheet reconciliations and review
Lead and manage the annual and half year audit
Prepare technical accounting position papers, particularly around revenue recognition
Oversee internal controls and documented procedures
Ad hoc projects and process improvements

To be considered for this broad and wide-ranging role, you will be CA qualified, have strong technical skills (particularly around revenue recognition) and have a minimum of 10+ years experience (open on industry). A Big 4 background originally would be highly desirable. You will also have well developed leadership skills, be an excellent communicator and enjoy improving processes.
