Harvey's Hot Sandwiches in Parramatta Square is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of the site. This full time role features a rotating roster across seven days, with weekend availability essential and leadership from both floor and kitchen pass.

You will lead the team, manage labour and COGS, uphold recipe integrity and food safety, drive sales and guest experience, and act as the onsite link to ownership as we expand Sydney.
