Twin Towns Clubs & Resorts is one of Australia's premier licensed club groups located right on the border of NSW & QLD in Tweed Heads. Building on several years of growth, Twin Towns is a multi-kitchen venue and is looking to continue and grow into the future and the next phase in its success.

An exceptional prospect currently exists for suitably experienced Kitchen Hands to join our brigade in a casual status capacity.

We are looking for someone who

Brings a positive attitude to the workplace
n
Can work exceptionally well in a team workplace

Have a really excellent eye for detail
n
Have a love and passion for all things food!
n
Understands the importance of food safety
n

Role will include all kitchen duties shared with all kitchen staff

n

n
Daily kitchen set up and clean downs
n
Plating & Prepping of larder food (salads, sandwiches, pastries and plated functions)
n
Adhering to all workplace health and safety regulations
n
