Special-T Operations PTY LTD is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team in north west Sydney near Rouse Hill, NSW. This is a full time position where you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to a variety of surfaces primarily on-site. As a member of our small team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, cleaning and priming
n
Operating electrostatic spray painting equipment to apply paint finishes with a high level of precision both in house, and on-site.

Performing quality checks and making adjustments as needed
n
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
n
Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
n

What we're looking for

Experience as a spray-painter in the automotive or industrial industry benificial
n
Robust communication skills for client relations
n
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
n
Technical know-how, problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
A commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
n
Familiarity with common spray-painting techniques and equipment
n
Knowledge of automotive and industrial paints, coatings, and materials
