Our client, a energetic and award-winning private credit firm, is seeking an experienced and highly-networked Head of Distribution to drive the next phase of their capital raising and business expansion.

The Role: Head of Distribution

n

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the face of our client's capital raising efforts, leading all investor relationship and distribution activities.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Capital Acquisition: Proactively leverage your existing relationships with key investor networks, including Direct HNW Investors, Wealth Managers, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Family Offices, to drive net new fund inflows.

Investor Relations:n n
Identify, cultivate, and convert recent sources of investor capital.
n




Manage and deepen relationships with existing investors.
n
Oversee all inbound investor Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
n

Fund Marketing:n

n
Lead the preparation and presentation of high-quality marketing and information collateral.
n
Organize, coordinate, and manage marketing events to promote our client's funds (e.g., in conjunction with the MD's regular public media appearances).

What You'll Bring

n

n
Proven, demonstrable, and current relationships with Wealth Managers, Direct HNW Investors and/or Family Offices in the Australian market is essential
n
Ideally experienced in selling private assets (such as private credit, private equity, or private real estate) to wholesale investors or wealth managers
n
A strong track record of successful capital raising and distribution within the financial services sector
n
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
n
Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior executive level and manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
