Maxlife Care is seeking an experienced Area Manager to provide operational leadership across several SIL homes on the NSW North Coast. You will lead Team Leaders across five to six homes, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and maintain visibility across multiple sites with one day per week from home.

You will influence service quality, strengthen leadership capability and ensure services operate safely, in line with NDIS requirements.
