About the role
n
In this role, our ideal Sheetmetal Tradesperson will work on a variety of Brisbane and interstate projects (with LAHA provided),



seeing jobs out from workshop to install.
n
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
n
fabricating/welding
stainless steel and mild steel components
n
producing custom-built items incl. conveyors, chutes, and platforms
n
reading & interpreting technical
drawings/fabrication
specs
n
troubleshooting/working
on various projects both in office & in our workshop
n
maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
n
What we're looking for
n
Full Australian working rights essential
n
Certificate III in Engineering – Light Fabrication (or in progress)
n
Trade qualified or apprentice (3rd/4th year) in Sheetmetal, Boilermaking, or Fitting
n
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sheetmetal fabrication
n
Construction White Card and valid driver's license
n
Strong TIG welding skills with MIG/Stick welding experience
n
Willingness to travel interstate for shutdowns and breakdowns
n
Ability to read technical drawings and operate press brake/roller equipment.
