Job Description
Hireup in Albion Park, NSW is looking for a calm, reliable Youth Support Worker to assist a young client with complex mental health challenges and behaviours of concern.
You will build rapport over time and work closely with the client's support team to provide a protected, stabilising environment.
Ideal applicants have disability support experience, trauma-informed care, and experience implementing Behaviour Support Plans with professional boundaries.
