Inbound Trade Sales Representative - Building Material Supplies

Future Fence is a disruptive building materials supplier that is a current candidate for the Australian Financial Review's 2026 list of fastest growing companies under 5 years old. We design and supply modular aluminium fencing and gate solutions that service both the trade and DIY markets.

THE POSITION

n

As our Inbound Trade Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

n

Estimating materials and issuing supply-only quotations to our trade customers

n

Establishing and maintaining relationships with trade customers and installers

n

Building our installer network across Australia

n

Providing technical product support to retail and trade customers

n

This is an chance to establish yourself as the pillar of our B2B sales department. The successful candidate will launch straight into a high level position with large incentive upside in a validated and rapid growing business.

Because Future Fence is a rapidly growing company, we provide a unique prospect for employees to earn substantial bonus payments every quarter. Your remuneration will comprise of a base salary, plus a quarterly bonus linked to your own Key Performance Indicators.

THE APPLICANT:

n

Essential: Experience in building material sales OR general construction experience (fencing, carpentry, fabrication/metal work, landscaping, building design, engineering or architecture)

n

Essential: Ability to read building plans and perform material takeoffs

n

Essential: Ability to lead a conversation and forge relationships with trades, designers and builders/developers

n

Essential: Comfortable with eCommerce, WMS and CRM technology/software

n

Essential: Ability to work in our Geebung showroom, Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4:30pm

n

Favourable: Management/Supervisor experience and a growth mindset
