CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance, while fostering customer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through service excellence.
When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads the store and supervises staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, pricing, stock management, and maintaining a positive shopping experience across shifts.
