Gemcole Pty Ltd in Cessnock, NSW, is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef and manage daily kitchen operations in a busy venue.
You will prepare, cook and present meals, supervise junior staff, and assist with stock control and service during peak periods.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a commercial kitchen, a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent); a Diploma in Hospitality Management is desirable.
Solid teamwork and communication skills are essential.
