Selections, part of Gliderol Garage Doors, is seeking motivated Production Operators to join our growing team.

What you will do
n

Operate machinery, production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
n
Assemble and manufacture garage door components and finished products
n
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
n
Follow production schedules and team targets
n
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
n
Work collaboratively with team members and leaders across the site
n
n

Strong reliability and attendance

Commitment to workplace health and safety

High levels of attention to detail
n
Good with basic calculations
n
Ability to work in a quick-paced production environment
n
Good teamwork and communication skills
n
Ability to perform manual handling tasks
n

What we prefer
n
n
Previous manufacturing or production experience
n




Forklift ticket- highly regarded but not required
n
Aluminium Welding experience - highly regarded but not required
n
Experience operating machinery or hand tools
n
Experience working within KPI or target-driven environments
n
