An established Sydneydeveloper-builderis looking to appoint an experiencedProgrammer / Project Plannerto work across a growing portfolio of residential developments.
This is not purely a site-based programming role.
You'll work acrossmultiple projects and the full project lifecycle, from early development and pre-construction through to construction, completion and handover.
The Role
Develop and maintainmaster project programmesacross multiple projects
Programme acrossdevelopment, design, approvals, procurement and construction
Work closely with Development Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors
Coordinate project teams to obtain the information required to maintain accurate programmes
Monitorcritical path, sequencing, milestones and programme risk
Identify potential delays and work with project teams on mitigation strategies
Provide programme updates and reporting tosenior management
Support projects from early planning through to delivery and completion
About You
Demonstrated experience as aProgrammer,



Project Planner, Construction Planner or Planning Engineer
Background with ahead contractor or developer-builder
Strong understanding ofconstruction methodology and sequencing
Residential, mixed-use or major building project experience preferred
StrongPrimavera P6 and/or MS Projectcapability
Able to build and interrogate programmes – not simply update them
Confident working with multiple stakeholders and challenging project teams for information
Able to operate acrossmultiple projects simultaneously
